STEP TWO: THE FEASIBILITY STUDY
Our comprehensive Feasibility Study will show you how much space you can utilise and create, as well as how it will match up with your existing home. It includes:
- Architectural scale drawings – so you can visualise your project in advance
• Itemised material costing – which allows you to see you if material costs fits with your current budget
• Building Planning details of how long your renovation, remodelling, conversion and extension project will take to deliver

At this stage, we prepare two or three concepts for you using our Autocad Design Suite, displaying 2D or 3D design models of your home floor plan to get a rough idea on how to make the most of the available space, whilst also ensuring that you remain in your set budget.

STEP THREE: THE ARCHITECT DESIGN
Once you are satisfied with the initial design and basic architectural drawings presented by our architects, we will work on rendering highly detailed architectural drawings of floor plans, which will incorporate all the important information required for material selection as well as building and gaining maximum visual projection of your home space.
This will also include any added features such as bespoke kitchens units, wardrobes and lighting.
We will handle all of the Local Authority approvals including planning applications and building regulations to ensure that your project acquires all the necessary permissions required before we start.

STEP FIVE: CONSTRUCTION
Every project is different – and whether it is basement conversion, extension, home renovation or loft conversion, you will be kept updated throughout its entirety. You will also be given a building planning schedule which allows you to keep track of key elements of the design and build stage. During the building process, you will be able to adjust your final choices, regarding floor fit outs, window styles, lighting and kitchen units.
Our Building Inspector will visit at regular stages throughout the project, to ensure that the builders are adhering to all the latest building regulations. Once all building works are due to be completed, then the Building Inspector will visit you at your premises and will issue a completion certificate.

We are your local design and build team. Our team has experienced Engineers to ensure projects are designed to safety standards.
After a complete and detailed structural survey of the home is completed, we will confirm all structural designs of reinforcement, concrete and steelwork of your project. APT Renovation will take care of all Party Wall matters from start to finish, and will consult with all neighbouring homes to prevent any type of structural damage to the property.
All of this will take place before confirming the final structural engineering design solution. The Party Wall Act permits owners to carry out specific works, including work to the full thickness of a party wall, whilst at the same time protecting the interests of anyone else who might be affected by that work. The act is designed to avoid or minimise disputes by making sure property owners notify their neighbours in advance of certain proposed works. The act states that in the event of the neighbouring owner disagreeing to the works, and working with local West London i.e Fulham builders, an APT surveyor should determine the time and way in which those works are carried out. A team of experienced Civil and Structural Engineers ensure projects are designed to safety standards, built on time and within budget.
