By viewing our site we assume at you are intending to carry out renovation work on your property, in which case you are in safe hands both physically and metaphorically as all planning communication will be done remotely with our in-house architects with decades of experience.

First take a look at our completed projects to get a feel of the work that we do. Feel free to contact us to arrange a free telephone call or a video call to discuss your project with one of our highly qualified architectural planners.

Tell us about what your plans are on the property and what changes you wish to make with your property and we’ll come up with the ideas to bring them to reality.

Do you have existing floor plans or up to date measurements for the property? If so, send them to the team so we can get your project on the road.

It might surprise you how much the team can do remotely in preparation for the build. When it comes down to the whole design, planning & build time window, at least 30% of that time is allocated to the design and planning phase.

We might require you to take a few house design measurements yourself. Don’t worry if you are unfamiliar with architectural design or have no previous house building / renovation experience.

If you already have original drawings of the property be sure to submit them to our architectural team. We can then guide you through the planning permission submission with your local authority.

Using the measurements that you provide, we will start on the architectural designs on your project. As followers of PHE COVID-19 protocol we can only visit your property when safe to do so.
