They are versatile in terms of functionality and can be made into dining rooms, studies, garden rooms, sunrooms and children’s rooms, to name a few. Both options allow residents to enjoy the views a garden has to offer under relaxing confinement, regardless of what the weather is like.

Generally, single-storey extensions will go ahead without hiccups, although in some instances, planning permission may be required.
