The project consists of the construction of a new side and rear extension with extensive internal alterations to convert a one bedroom flat into a spacious 2 bedroom family home. With large bifold doors to rear and a series of rooflights to the new side infill extension roof, the new living/kitchen/dining area is sure tor receive plenty of light throughout the year.

A further element introduced to the project is a small courtyard between the existing structure and new extension. This ensures that we not only get plenty of light the the central part of the house which is usually dark, it also makes the space internally versatile and adaptable which has enabled to form new bedroom and a large bath and shower room, all having an openable window for natural ventilation.

Our on site delivery team has begun work with the initial enabling works, demolition and forming foundations in readiness for steel structure to be installed within days. By clever planning well in advance, meticulously programming every stage of the build we expect all of our project to run smoothly, on time and most importantly to the highest quality.
