This project is one very special to the company. It is our very own project on our next shiny new office!

A basement excavation will be carried out throughout the whole footprint of the mid terraced high street Georgian property. This will be later showcased for future customers to see what is achievable with a residential basement excavation..

Large panelled shopfront glazings are scheduled to be installed along the front facade.

All flooring was stripped out of the site. The ground floor, first floor & second floor was removed to enable the effective excavation of the basement.

Once complete all floors will re-instated with minimal disruption to both adjoining partied on a busy Battersea High Street.
