The projects consists of a large Victorian maisonette separated into two flats. The renovation works were undertaken on the ground floor flat.

The rear extension gained over 30m sq meters while the basement was renovated for laundry and storage. This allowed the space above ground to be dedicated to living and dwelling areas.

The up and down wall lights around the garden area. Set a nice golden hue around the outside living space perfect for hosting guests for both internal and external events.

The kitchen worktop is made out of a white granite marble matt finish.  The work cabinets are clean and minimal with a charcoal finish, which matches with the kitchen appliance units manufactured by Bosch.
