Project Description

Client:  Patrick
Location: The Icon, Grosvenor Road, London, SW1V
Type of Project: House Renovation, Remodelling, House Extensions, Loft Conversion
Architectural Designer: APT Renovation

The client wanted us to give his Pimlico penthouse a full renovation, with remodelling, extensions and a loft conversion. The client was not happy with the finish of the property, so requested that we give it a brand new modern design.

The Challenges

In the living areas and the bedrooms, we fitted different shades of beautiful oak flooring and combined this with white and grey tones on the walls to create a fresh high-end feel. We installed sliding glass doors which open up to marvellous views of the River Thames and Vauxhall.

Our joinery was responsible for all the intricately styled fittings throughout the penthouse, including the doors which were all made-to-measure and uniquely designed. We fitted a sliding door made of dyed oak to create the option of a more intimate ambience by separating the spaces.

We also fitted lighting in the ceiling which can be adjusted in brightness by dimmers. The kitchen was completely renovated and extended, and has a lovely bespoke wooden theme, with white glossy countertops. We redesigned the bedrooms to a very chic and sophisticated look, and also followed suit with the bathrooms, creating an ultra-luxury marble effect.
